Change of Captains

Alright guys, just a quick note,

due to drako having to go inactive to look after his new born baby, he's decided to retire from the regiment. however, he is not gone for good!

myself and drako are working closely on the French Imperial Army. This will organise the entire army, and sort out the regiments so that we can do some serious pwnage. he's my Administration General so will be in close contact i hope and assume, with you guys
